The date of the marriage mar-riage was June 5, 190G. Her husband, sho declares, has never lived with her. She asks that her maiden name, Hannah Han-nah McMahon, bo restored to her, Sadie Macklin Russell has brought suit for divorco from John Russell on the ground of desertion. They wore married at Rawlins, Wyo., May 3, 1901, and she says that he left her and her two children seven months ago. She asks for a divorce, for tho custoay of her children, for $25 a month alimony ali-mony and for an attorney's fee of $50. Tlottie M. Robinson sues John W. Robinson, a bartender, for divorco on the ground of desertion. They were married i nSalt Lake June 20, 1002, and the date of the desertion is stated in tho complaint to havo been November 9, 1903. Mrs. Robinson asks for $50 a month permanent alimony, alleging that her husband is well able to pay it. |
