OCR Text	Show - LOUIS LYNN ARRESTED Calmed That Strike leader Committed an Unprovoked Assault, Louis Lynn, the leader of the striking line, also president of tho district council coun-cil of the Electrical workers, was placed under arrest anU battery by Patrolman Kast on Commercial street Saturday morning. The arresting officer and the victim of the battor.y, Ralph- Moore, a railroad man, claim tho assault was entirely unprovoked. It occurred on State street, near tho Orpheum rooming room-ing house, Lynn is said to have knocked !Moore down throe times. Mooro received cuts on tho head, eye and ip, and was bruised otherwise. Ho -was unable to defend himsolf properly on account of being intoxicated. Lynn was admitted to bail in tho sum of $10, which ho furnished, and his case will como before be-fore J.adgo Diohl Monday atcrnoont
