Show PRISONER ESCAPES FROM DEPUTY NEAR COALVILLE Special to Tho Tribune. COALVILLE, Utah, May 24. Tho May term of tho Third District court waa opened hero yesterday morning by Judgo C. W. Morse and will be in scflsion Tor a week. The first caso called was that of Mrs. E. M. Jones of Park City, who was examined as to her sanity. A number of witnesses testified to tho condition of tho woman and she was ordered committed to the Insane asylum at Provo. Tho case of John Grlbben vs. tho Daly-Judge Daly-Judge Mining company was transferred to tho Circuit court. Albert Leo and John Frost of Coalville wcro admitted to citizenship. Stuto of Utah vs. William Milliner; continued con-tinued Indefinitely. , State of Utah va. Ben E. Brewster; defendant de-fendant failed to appear for trial and his cash bond of $150 was declared forfeited. The Jurors were examined, after which the case of Annie O'Kcefo vs. Park City was called. A Jury was secured and testimony testi-mony taken. The case will likely bo concluded con-cluded today. A man named J. M. Keel, a resident of Oakloy. this county, was arrested last Saturday on tho charge of adultery. He was arraigned before the Justice of tho Peace at Pcoa and pleaded not guilty, and waa bound over until next Saturday for trial. Unable to furnish bond, he was being be-ing brought to Coalville by Deputy Shcria Wilde to bo confined In tho county Jail. They did not leave Pcoa until 11 o'clock at night, and when thoy reached a point near AVnnshlp where a great deal of brush was liear tho road, the prisoner Jumped from the buggy and made his escape In tho darkness and has not been heard of since. Keel has a wlfo and family of six small children, the youngest but a few days old.
