Show TAYLOR DIVOBCE Decree Granted t Plaintiff on Grounds of Desertion Judge Hues delivered judgment in the divorce case of John Taylor vs te Margaret Taylor which was heard behind be-hind closed doors on Nov 30 His honor found the issues for the plaintiff granting him the decree and ordering that he pay the costs of the acton In the complaint it was alleged that the marriage took place in this city on I Nov 13 1893 and that eight and one half months afterwards Mrs Taylor deserted her husband without cause and refused to live with him Mrs Taylor filed an answer and crosscomplaint denying that she had left her husband without cause and alleging that he treated her so cruelly that she was obliged to leave him and return to her home She says he failed to provide her with the common necessaries neces-saries of life although he was amply ale to do so She further alleged that he was of a taciturn disposition and demeaned himself so coldly and indifferently indif-ferently towards her that she could not live with him and further she alleged leged that he suffered from a loathsome disease On those grounds she prayed for a divorce and alimony |
