Show Vocation To Offer BS In Computer USU Life Span Learning Class Division announces plans to offer a bachelor of science sci-ence (BS) in computer science. This new program will be offered at the Davis Area Vocational Center in Kays-ville. Kays-ville. PLANS FOR the programs starting date are presently being worked out. Hopefully starting Winter Quarter, 1982, the program will be instigated, with the offering of CS-150 Introduction In-troduction to Computer Science. Sci-ence. An orientation meeting will be held Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in the Davis Area Vocational Center Administrative Bldg, 533 E. 300 S., Kaysville Oust east of Davis High School). Anyone interested should plan to attend this meeting. 1 THE PROGRAM in computer compu-ter science provides a knowledge know-ledge in one of the fastest growing fields of study in our society. Excellent employment employ-ment opportunities are available avail-able to CS graduates. "Hands On" programing skills as well as theory processes proces-ses will be taught to provide students with not only the practical application capabilities capabili-ties of computers but their potential in business and industry in-dustry as well.
