Show Earn Eagle Honoirs v.. -' s VfJ&X : 'itP KM s j if- tmtk JOHN SPENCER John Spencer has earned his Eagle award, which was presented pre-sented to him Nov. 18 at a Court of Honor in the Bountiful Bounti-ful Heights 4 1 si Ward. HE IS a student at Bountiful High and the fifth son of Ken and Luelma Spencer to receive his Eagle. MICHAEL STEVENS Michael Stevens, son of John and Kathy Stevens, received re-ceived his Eagle Scout award at a Court of Honor held in the Bountiful 32nd Ward Chapel. MICHAEL IS 14 years old and attends Mueller Park Jr. High School where he is in the ninth grade. He enjoys sports, especially wrestling, where he represented Mueller Park at the recent district meet. His eagle project was completed com-pleted by making easels for the new Bountiful East Stake Library. Lib-rary. His favorite merit badges were swimming and canoeing. He has served as patrol leader and senior patrol leader while in his scout troop. KELLY ANDERSON Val Verda 8th Ward was the setting for an Eagle Court of Honor for Kelly Anderson, son of Ray T. and LaNette Anderson. He is a member of Troop 240 and received his Eagle Award Nov. 22. KELLY HAS earned 23 merit badges, his Arrow Light, and his On My Honor award. He has held various positions in scouting and his church. He is now secretary of his Teachers quorum. For his Eagle project, Kelly built and placed shelves in the Primary nursery storage room. DERON TINSLEY Deron Tinsley, 15, son of Allen and Carolyn Tinsley, received re-ceived his Eagle Scout award in a Court of Honor held Nov. 18 in the Bountiful 41st Ward Chapel. DERON IS in the 10th grade at Bountiful High School and enjoys math and playing the piano. At present he is a counselor coun-selor in the Teacher Quorum of the 41st Ward. For his Eagle project he organized and then helped some other scouts paint bleachers at the Bountiful Recreation Re-creation Center. Deron enjoyed en-joyed earning his drafting and astronomy merit badges the most and thought personal management was the hardest. |
