Show Wildcat Ways j By GAYLA STURDY Congratulations goes to Annette Bay for being selected as one of two students to represent repre-sent the state of Utah as the senate youth representative. She received a $2,000 scholarship scholar-ship to the school of her choice and an all expense paid trip to Washington, D.C. as the guest of Senators Hatch and Gam. WE WOULD also like to congratulate Sue Parkin, Cynthia Godfrey and Sandra Fisher for competing in the Jr. Miss Pageant. Cynthia Godfrey God-frey received the award of the best talent and second runner up and Sandra Fisher received the award for the best interview inter-view and third runner up. Our Wildcat wrestling team brought us a victory against West with a score of 47-17. They have another match tonight against Box Elder there, and next Tuesday here at 3 p.m. against Clearfield. Pin 'em wrestlers. OUR BASKETBALL team also brought us a victory against Brighton with a score of 5 1-45. Their next game will j be Dec. 22 against South High here at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Tonight at 7:30 the famous hypnotist Jack Hythgoe will give his night performance. Everyone is invited. 1 ALL THE Wildcats are getting get-ting ready for their annual Christmas assembly. It will take place on Dec. 23 at 10:30 in our gymatorium. The Christmas spirit is quickly spreading through Woods Cross High. |
