' ' "- - ' "4 ;' -It t1-, N. .Ni : 1 k I , f WOMEN'S CONFERENCE Making plans to attend the "Tribute to Women" are Barbara Bar-bara Lambert and daughters, Andrie, Amie, F.milie and l .vdie of the Larmington Sixth Ward. A SI'KCIAL evening commemorating com-memorating the 140th anniversary anniver-sary of the Relief Society, will be held March 13 in the historic l armington Rock Chapel, 272 North Main St. The event will be sponsored by the Primary, Planning for the Farmington Stake Relief Society Women's Conference Confer-ence are front row left to right, Eydie Lambert, Barbara Lambert and Amie Lambert. Back row, Emilie Lambert and Audrie Lambert. Young Women's and Relief Society organization of the Farmington Stake. "Legacy, Remembered and Renewed" is the theme of the event, which is open ot all women and girls in the stake 1 1 years of age and over. The activity will begin at 5 p.m. with a creative and fine arts display in the Relief Society and multi-purpose rooms. This area will be open until 10 p.m. Other events will be gin at 6:30 p.m. A LEGACY concert is slated for the chapel while a contemporary contem-porary entertainment activity is planned for the cultural hall. The heritage dialogues will be held in the Memorial Chapel. The women will be divided into three groups which will rotate ro-tate every 40 minutes to a new area of the building to participate partici-pate in different activities. Refreshments Re-freshments will be served. Special sacrament meetings will be held March 2 1 in each of the wards in the Farmington Stake. The theme for the meetings meet-ings will be "The Legacy of Women." CONCLUDING the month long observances for women, will be a special program slated for the tabernacle on Temple Square, March 27. The event will be broadcast on KBYU, Channel 11, beginning at 6 p.m. kj |
