Show NOTICE OF , TRUSTEE'S SALE ., '.The following-describe property will be sold at' public auction to the highest bidder on the 6th day of April, 1982, at 10:00 a.m. at the county courthouse court-house building at Farmington, Davis County, Utah for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by FARMINGTON FARM-INGTON MEADOWS I LIMITED LI-MITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah limited Partnership, FARMINGTON MEADOWS II LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, PARTNER-SHIP, a Utah Limited Partner-ship, Partner-ship, FARMINGTON MEADOWS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Li-mited Partnership, and EN-VIROWEST, EN-VIROWEST, INC., a Utah corporation, as Trustor, Robert J. Grow, Esq., Successor Succes-sor Trustee, in favor of SOMERSET SOME-RSET HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, a Utah nonprofit non-profit corporation, as Beneficiary, Benefi-ciary, under the Trust Deed made by FARMINGTON MEADOWS I LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Li-mited Partnership, FARMINGTON FARM-INGTON MEADOWS II LIMITED LI-MITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Partnership, FARMINGTON MEADOWS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Li mited Partnership, and EN-VIROWEST, EN-VIROWEST, INC., a Utah corporation, recorded October Octo-ber 8, 1980 as Entry No. 576548, in Book 843, at Page 204, of the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, given to secure an indebtedness indebted-ness in favor of SOMERSET HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, ASSO-CIATION, by reason of certain cer-tain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded October 14, 1981, as Entry No. 602198, in Book 882, at Page 169, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the following fol-lowing described property located lo-cated in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: ALL of lot 31 contained con-tained within Somerset Farm Planned Unit Development, De-velopment, a Planned Residential Development, Develop-ment, as said Lot is identified iden-tified in the Plat of said Development recorded in the office of the County Coun-ty Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah. TOGETHER WITH a right and easement of use and enjoyment in and to the Common Area described, and as provided for, in the Joint Declaration of said Development De-velopment also of record re-cord in said office. For the purpose of paying obligations obli-gations secured by said Trust Deed, and including fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Suc-cessor Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
