Show Found Innocent FARMINGTON Dwain Michael Burton. 22. of 3534 South 800 West, Bountiful, was found innocent of theft by a seven-man, one-woman jury who deliberated more than four hours. HE WAS accused of theft of about $7,200 from the Circle-K Food Store in Bountiful where he was employed. Mr. Burton testified in his own behalf and told the jury that he was forced to open the store sate while being threatened at gunpoint by,,a former acquaintance., , , .The latter, Billie Eaton. i, is currently serving a sentence in the Utah State Prison after pleading guilty to theft in the same incident. EATON testified that he and Burton had planned the burg- lary together but that he ( Eaton) could not open the safe and went to the Burton residence resi-dence to get help. Burton, however, alleges that he was taken from his home by threat and forced by Eaton who Burton said used a gun.
