Show Contract Awarded On Storm Drainnne FARMINGTON Mills Construction Company has been awarded the contract for installation of a storm drainage channel betwen Kaysville and Layton. THE PROJECT is located in the Muttonhollow area between be-tween Interstate Highway 15 and State Road 106 (Main Street) on the north edge of Kaysville. Davis County Commission has approved a $42,693 bid for the project which will be financed fi-nanced one-half by funds from a two-mill county storm drain tax that is collected county- wide and used tor major storm drain projects. COMMISSION Chairman Glen W. Flint said the site being drained is in open area planned for future expansion of a commercial development. Water, he said, will be drained into nearby Holmes Creek. A second stoini drain project, pro-ject, being partially financed by the county, has been approved for Bountiful where a large culvert is being installed instal-led at about 150 Last between 900 and 1000 North.
