Show Art show plans go forward; entries arrive Omar Hansen, high school principal and president of the Art Association, announced this week, that paintings and pieces of sculpture work are arriving daily at the high school for this year's April Art Exhibit. He indicated that everything points to a successful show in as much as many prominent artists have indicated that they will be represented at the gallery gal-lery this year. The exhibit will open on April 1, as has been the custom cus-tom in years past. There will be an opening program for students stu-dents and the public. Plans are also going forward for the annual an-nual art membership drive expected ex-pected to be carried out on a broader basis this year. Plans are to have someone at the museum each evening to guide visitors through the galleries and to tell something of the paintings and the artists. |
