Four have been shot out on Fourth East from Center Cen-ter to Fourth North, while others have been destroyed in the area of Second North and Second West. The light at Ko-lob Ko-lob Stake parking lot has been replaced seven times in recent weeks and on Third North from Center of Fourth East St., every light was shot out in one night, city councilmen report.
