Show Springville-Mapleton Wildlife Association meets Saturday birds; Loyd Barker, waterfowl; Elmo Blackett ,fish committee; Jerry Sermersheim, conservation; conserva-tion; Chuck Porter, big game; Jim Damico, rifle range; Ber-nell Ber-nell Jensen, juniors. Killpack was re-elected president presi-dent with G. M. Black named vice-president; Hasting Smith was retained as Secretary-Treasurer. Secretary-Treasurer. Jim Damico and Norman Barker were named 2-year directors. Other retiring directors were Murray Peay, Roland Oldroyd, Marvin Warren War-ren and Collin Allan. Directors serving as chairman chair-man of the various committees are as follows; Norman Barker, Bar-ker, chairman pollution committee; com-mittee; Alex Long, upland Springville-Mapleton Wild-1 Wild-1 i f e Federation membership meeting will be held Saturday, March 13 at 8 p.m. at the club rom in Memorial Hall. The public is invited. Casey Bown of the Utah State Department of Fish and Game will be the featured speaker. He will talk on the current legislation, the veto of the fee-raising bill by the governor gov-ernor and other pertinent bills affecting the sportsman. A short film will also be shown. Norman Barker will give a brief report concerning National Na-tional Wildlife Week. Committees named Officers have been elected and new committee chairmen named by the federation. Garth |
