Daughter of former Springville couole wed in coast ceremony Word comes from Lakewood, California, of the recent marriage mar-riage of the daughter of former for-mer residents of this city, Lawrence Law-rence and Enid Pennington Rowland. Their twin daughter Patricia, exchanged marriage vows with Donald Grant Benedict Ben-edict of Garden Grove, California. Cali-fornia. The candlelight ceremony was performed in the Chapel of the Wedding Bells in Bell-flower, Bell-flower, California. The bride was lovely in traditional tra-ditional wedding attire. Her dress was designed " with long pointed sleeves, full floor-length skirt which fell into a semi-train, semi-train, and her veil of illusion was arranged to a rose headpiece head-piece of the same material. She carried a lovely bridal bouquet of white yellow-throated orchids or-chids with white knotted satin streamers. Her only attendant was her twin sister, Miss Kathleen Kath-leen Rowland, who was attired in a coral-colored afternoon gown with matching color net headpice. Harvey Belisle was best man to the groom and Ernest Phillips Phil-lips and Gerard Belisle were ushers. Members of the bridal party and other close friends and relatives rel-atives of the couple were entertained en-tertained at a dinner following the reception which was held in the chapel patio garden with parents of the bride acting as hosts. The couple honeymooned at Lake Tahoe and San Francisco and are now at home in Buena Park, California. Attending the wedding from Springville were Mr. and Mrs. Ronald L. Warner and Mrs. Paul E. Beals, aunts and uncle of the bride. Her grandparents are Harry Pennington and Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Rowland all of Springville. |
