Word was received of the death of Alice Southam Cook of Cedar Fort. Mrs. Cook is the mother of Edris Karren Kar-ren and Thayrel Cook and the sister of Clair, Ralph, Niles and Grant Southam, Elizabeth Collier and Merle Wilkins. Ralph and Nellie Southam, accompanied accom-panied by Grace Gardiner went 'to Cedar Fort F'riday to attend the funeral of Alice Cook Saturday. They returned Sunday. Nilcs and Frances Southam went to Cedar Fort Saturday returning that evening.
