Show v j Ml j U i 2Js LJ J BYU YOUNG AMBASSADORS will perform portions por-tions of their China tour to a Vernal audience in the Vernal Jr. High School auditorium, Friday. An eight-piece band will prvide back up music for the group. Young Ambassadors j to perform Friday I The Young Ambassadors, one of the first American university performing groups to tour mainland China will present pre-sent their family variety show Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the Vernal Junior High Auditorium. The 16 BYU performers are backed by an eight-piece band and a three-man technical crew. The group was organized organiz-ed nine years ago and made its international interna-tional debut at Expo '70 in Osaka. Japan. The group has performed in Russia, Poland, South Africa, and North and Central America. Last summer the Young Ambassadors Am-bassadors toured mainland China, presenting 46 shows in 13 days. The performers per-formers found their audiences to be warm and enthusiastic.
