Show i Dinosaurs get snow frosting The 14 life-size dinosaurs at Dinosaur Gardens got a taste of what wiped them out hundreds hun-dreds of years ago during the snow storm last Thursday and Friday. The inhabitants of the Dinosaur Gardens have a distinct advantage over their prehistoric predecessors because they are cast from fiberglass and polyester resins which are resistant to Vernal's changes in climate. During this time of the year, visitors at the Dinosaur Gardens are few and it is a time for repairs and preparation for the tourist season. The wooly mammoth seemed to be taking the storm the worst under a. plastic tarp to protect its fur from the moisture. |
