Show PI Itl.lC HEARING Notice is herewith made that a public hearing hear-ing will be held to invite public comment on two federal grant requests submitted by the Utah State Division of Alcoholism and Drugs. The federal funds being requested for one proposal pro-posal entitled, "Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Information Infor-mation Campaign" are in the amount of $4,992. Funds will be used to demontrate that a publicly initiated information infor-mation educationprevention, educa-tionprevention, training approach can impact the delivery of health services ser-vices and information to high risk groups and the general population, as well as to demonstrate that such an approach can alter alcohol consumption con-sumption patterns of pregnant women on a sampling basis. The second se-cond proposal is entitled, "Teen Alcohol School Expansion" Ex-pansion" in the amount of $36,705 and is for the expansion ex-pansion of existing Teen Alcohol Schools operating in Bear River, Uintah Basin and Central Utah areas for juvenile offenders of-fenders and their parents. It proposes to decrease recidivism for alcohol related offenses and decrease the expected number of auto crashes among youth participants. par-ticipants.
