TOWN OK DINOS Ull NOTICE OK CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of January 1980, at Dinosaur, Colorado, final settlement will be made by the Town of Dinosaur with Garnet Construction Company hereinafter called the "CONTRACTOR," "CONTRAC-TOR," for and on account of the contract for the construction of a PROJECT PRO-JECT described as : Town of Dinosaur Water System Improvements. 1. Any person, copartnership, co-partnership, association or corporation who has an unpaid claim against the said project, for or on account ac-count of the furnishing of labor, materials, team nire, sustenance, provision, provi-sion, provender or other supplies used or consumed consum-ed by such Contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance perfor-mance of said work, may at any time up to and including in-cluding said time of such final settlement, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claims. 2. All such claims shall be filed with the Town of Dinosaur, P.O. Box 108, Dinosaur, Colorado 81610. 3. Failure on the part of the creditor to file such statement prior to such final settlement will relieve the Town of Dinosaur from any and all liability for such claim.
