Federal Judge Samuel Alschuler, wage arbitrator of ' the stockyards' employes, issued to-1 to-1 day an award by which workers who did not participate in tho ward of December De-cember 1, 1919, were granted a wage Increase of three cents an hour in addition ad-dition to a bonus of 17 1-2 cents granted grant-ed some time ago. The new scale is retroactive to April 5th. Tho men asked wage increases of Sfrom $30 to $35 a month. The mini, mum wage now Is $97.20.
