P,nnfl- specifications and prof lea on file n tho office of the City Lnglnoer, nnd to defray the wholo of the coat and expense of tho abutter's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or nieces of ground within the following described district, being be-ing the district to bo affected or benefited by such improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said streets and a lino drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both aides of Liberty Avenuo between Twenty-sixth and Twenty-seventh Streets, Capitol Street between van Buren and Harrison Avenues, and Gramorcy Avenue betwoen Twcnty-flftn and Twenty-sixth Streets, being Lots 1 to 10 both Inclusive. Block 3, Plat "B"; Lota 14 to 39 both inclusive. Capitol Block Subdivision Sub-division of Block 30. Plat "C"; Lots 1 to 10 both Inclusive. Block 5, Pat "B", all in Ogden City Survey. The estimated cost of each sewor connection con-nection Is $36,00. The estimated cost of each water connection con-nection Is J30.Q0. The estimated cost of constructing combination com-bination curbs and gutters on both sides of Capitol Stroet between Vaa Buren and Harrison Avenues is $2,840.0,), Tho estimated cost of constructing each driveway on both sides of Capitol Street between Van Buren and Harrison Avenues 13 $35.00.
