Show EXPLAINS UTAH SC10L LIS Supt. E. S. Hinckley Creates Impression in Hio Address at New Orleans Utah's school laws as explained by Superintendent E. S. Hinckley of the. state industrial school here proved a jievolation to delegates at the national convention of social workers hold at New Orleans April 14 to 22, and pro-vlded pro-vlded one of the most interesting 'topics of discussion, according to members of the Utah delegation who returned yesterday. Included in the party, besides Mr. Hinckley, were Judge Hugo B. Anderson, Stephen J. Richards, Oscar Kirkham, Mrs. Richard Rich-ard R. Lyman and Miss Kate Williams, Wil-liams, all of Salt Lake. The meeting was held in conjunction with that of the National Probation association. Something like 400 short talks were made in carrying out the program. On their trip south, Mr. and Mrs. Hinckley visited with their son, Edwin Ed-win Carlisle Hinckley, who Is doing missionary work for the L. D. S church at Houston, Tex. |
