Sho said that communications communica-tions telling of the organization of county libraries in almost nil small towns of tho state reach her daily and that a great revival of tax-maintained libraries is being experienced throughout Utah and other western states. Miss Downey said that the school at the Carnegie library was ono of tho best that sho had ever tausht, those In atendancc showing remarkable ap-titudo ap-titudo in learning the proper methods of conducting libraries.
