Show DETERMINED TO KEEP REGIMENT'S COLORS SALT LAKE, April 27 That the colors col-ors ol the 862nd infantry shall remain in Utah and shall not be turned over to Montana is tho determination of LleuL Col. Fred Jorgenson, adjutant general for Utah. A letter from the adjutant general of tho United States army 'to Lieutenant Colonel Jorgenson .say : "It is noted that ycu acknowledge receipt of the national and regimental colors of tho 362nd infantry. This office of-fice holds the receipt of tho adjutant I general, state of Montana, for the col-1 ors of the 362nd and 02nd infantry, it j being determined that slate furnished i the majority of men for the organiza-1 lion. Please verify presence of these colors and inform this offfce under what authority Ihey were turned ove,r to you and from whom they were received." re-ceived."
