Show NOTICE Flying J Refinery (Formerly Husky-RMT Husky-RMT Poperties (has submitted a hazardous waste closure plan for their land treatment area. The 2.4 acre land treatment area was used to treat API separator sludge. Section 7.14.3(d) of Utah's Hazardous Waste Management Regulations requires a public comment period for each closure plan prior to approval. The public comment period for Flying J's closure plan will begin on May 15, 1986, and will end on June 16, 1986. A public hearing has been scheduled to receive re-ceive any comments from the public. The hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. in Room 301 of the Department of Health Building, 288 North 1460 West, Salt Lake City, Utah, on June 16, 1986. Written comments on the clo-sure clo-sure plan will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., June 16, 1986. The closure plan and other background documents will be available for public review re-view during the comment com-ment period at the following fol-lowing location: The Bureau of Solid and Hazardous Hazar-dous Waste, Department De-partment of Health building, Third Floor, 288 North 1460 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.
