Show of the' Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, petitions applying ap-plying for the allotment allot-ment of Weber Basin water, by the following landowners owning land in: DAVIS COUNTY: Sections 35 & 36, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Meri-dian. Copies of petitions containing the description descrip-tion of each tract and the terms and conditions condi-tions under which the water is petitioned are on file in the office of the Weber Basin Water Wa-ter Conservancy District, Dis-trict, Layton, Utah, for public inspection. The names of the petitioners and the amount of water in acre-feet applied for are as hereinafter set out: PETITIONER, ACRE-FEE Calvin Waters & Sons, Inc. (Irrigation), 8.4 Calvin Waters & Sons, Inc. (Irrigation), 45.8 The Board of Directors Direc-tors of the District will meet in public session at District headquarters, headquar-ters, 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton, Utah, 9:00 a.m., Friday, May 30, 1986, to consider each of such petitions and any and all objections objec-tions that may be presented pre-sented in writing by any persons showing cause why any of said petitions should not be granted. All persons interested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent on his part to the granting of said petition.
