Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, in the City of Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Davis County, State of Utah, on Friday, Fri-day, January 29, 1988, at 12:00 noon of said date, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Fredrick A. Neilson, Jr. and Julie K. Neil-son, Neil-son, husband and wife, as Trustors in favor of Marion R. Langston and Dorothy E. Langston, Lang-ston, covering real property located at 161 West 700 North, Clearfield, Clear-field, Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described de-scribed as: All of the West 8.0 feet of Lot 257 and the East72.0 feet of Lot 258, JAMARL ACRES NO. 3, a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section Sec-tion 35, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, according to the official plat thereof.
