Show i FIFTH BIRTHDAY Miss Dianne daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Coltharp gave a birthday birth-day party Thursday on her fifth anniversary. The decorations and theme were for a Valentine Party. Twelve children played games and had a very nice lunch. Wayne Haslem is home again after having visited the Stock Show at Denver, and he also visited a Korean buddy in Nebraska. Ne-braska. He visited the cattle feeding yards at Brush, Colo., where yearly there are 30,000 cattle fattened. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Hor-rocks Hor-rocks attended the wedding and reception of Mr. and Mrs. De-Loy De-Loy Duncan of Neola last Monday Mon-day evening. Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Hall of Salt Lake City were visiting at the home of his parents, the Carl Halls, over the weekend. Mrs. W. H. Coltharp gave a birthday dinner Sunday, honoring honor-ing their daughter, Virginia Houston. Mr. and Mrs. Lorrell Labrum La-brum of Roosevelt visited Sunday Sun-day afternoon at the Ottis Hor-rocks' Hor-rocks' home. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Nelson of Vernal visited the weekend at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Coltharp and two girls were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Oberhansley of Hay-den Hay-den Saturday night. Mrs. Frances Bowen and Kaye and John Horrocks were Sunday guests at Hayden at the home of Mark Oberhansley. A jolly party went to Farm Creek Mountain sleigh riding. The party included the families of Henry Tidwell, Roy Springer, Spring-er, Winfred Long, Vergil Robb. Mr. and Mrs. Byron Bolton and Garr Bolton. Hot lunch was served, and all had a wonderful wonder-ful time. Hardy Perkins of Mt. Emmons Em-mons spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tidwell. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Springer are smiling over the arrival of the twins born to their daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Gale Anderton. The boys were named after their grandfathers, Kerby Roy and Ken Arthur. They are at their home in Ioka. Kenneth Long is home from California. He has been visiting his sister, Mrs. Gleance Plamer. Because of the death of his grandmother, Mrs. John Gardner, Gard-ner, he came home a little earlier earl-ier than he had planned. |
