Show Worker Honored Mrs. Elizabeth Morrill was honored Thursday evening at a surprise party and handkerchief handker-chief shower in appreciation for the many years of faithful service ser-vice in the Relief Society. She was recently released after serving ser-ving for thirteen years as secretary sec-retary of that organization. The party was held at the home of Mrs. Shardon Morrill. A, plate j lunch was served and games played. Mr. and Mrs. Ellery J. Weight and family, of Salt Lake City, Eldred Wilson, of Tooele, and Elmond Wilson, of Provo, visited visit-ed over the weekend at the home of their father, John T. Wilson. I Mr. and Mrs. Don Simmons I visited Saturday in Roosevelt. I Mr. and Mrs. Alma Preece, of ernal, visited Sunday afternoon after-noon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dellis Morrill. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Anderson and Max Warren left Friday for Salt Lake City, where they will visit with Mr. Anderson's family. fam-ily. Velma Moosman spent the weekend visiting here from Provo Pro-vo with her mother, Mrs. James Harvey. Mrs. Jack Goodrich and son, Leandrew, visited two' days last week in Arcadia with her mother, moth-er, Mrs. Rose Gilbert. Sylvan Ross and son, Marvin, visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Laren Ross and Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Ross and families. They returned the first of the week to their home in Orem. Dellis and Marion Morrill made a trip to Vernal and Bonanza, Bon-anza, Friday. . Speakers at Sacrament meet- ing, Sunday evening, were Dellis Del-lis Morrill, Duane McKee and Davis. A special musical number num-ber was sung by the ward choir. |
