Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; That the HOME ABSTRACT AB-STRACT & TITLE CO., INC. is Substitute Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated August 28, 1980, executed by JOSEPH L. PLATT AND SUSAN A. PLATT, husband & wife as Trustors and recorded in Book 837 at Page 397 of Official Records, Re-cords, in the Office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, on the 29 day of August 1980 describing land therein as follows: All of Unit No. N-2, OAKRIDGE VILLAGE VIL-LAGE CONDOMINIUMS, CONDOMI-NIUMS, as the same are defined and established and identified on the Record Re-cord of Survey Map of OAKRIDGE. VILLAGE VIL-LAGE CONDOMINIUMS, CONDOMI-NIUMS, recorded August Au-gust 31, 1978, in Book 726, Page 398 of Official Records. Together with an undivided interest in and to the common area as the same is established estab-lished and identified in the Maps and Declarations Declara-tions Together with and subject to easements of record. Said obligation including a Note for the principal sum of $104,000.00. A breach of, and default in, the obligation for which such Deed is security has occurred in that the Trustors) are delinquent delin-quent on the payments under said Trust Deed and Note. By reason of such default, the Beneficiary under such Deed has executed and delivered deli-vered to said Trustee a written declaration of default and demand de-mand for sale, and has deposited depo-sited with said Trustee such deed and all documents evidencing obligations secured se-cured thereby and has declared de-clared and does hereby declare all sums secured thereby immediately im-mediately due and payable and has elected and does hereby elect to cause the trust property proper-ty to be sold to satisfy the obligations obli-gations secured thereby.
