Show & Bountifiiljaycees I 'SpealtUp' Winner f Kip Sayre, a member of the Bountiful Jaycees, has been awarded first place in the state ide Jaycees competition for Speak Up. AS WINNER of Speak L'p. presentation was given to ill L'tah Jaycees at a special wnquet held recently at the Holiday Inn in Provo. The subject chosen by Mr. yre to speak on was "Government "Gov-ernment Being of Laws, therthan of Men;" one of eight lines in the Javcee creed. MR. SAYRE is a member of 'he Board of Directors of the Bountiful Jaycees, serving as secretary. He is employed as an insur-" insur-" agent for the Simplified insurance Agency in Bounti-?
