Show Farmington By KATHRVN JENNINGS 451-2027 A "Family Relations" six week class is being conducted each Thursday evening at the Compton Bench Church. The Relief Society is sponsoring spo-nsoring the project. Any single parent or couples are invited to attend the classes 7-9 p.m. Dr. Chidester of Bountiful is conducting the classes. Anyone Any-one interested is invited to attend these classes at a nominal fee. The Compton Bench DUP Camp will meet on Thursday, Feb. 17 with Shirley Aamodt at I p.m. The Farmington North Stake Relief Society members attended a women's seminar on Jan. 29 in the church. Ardeth Kapps spoke on the "Pursuit of Excellence" program. prog-ram. A number of the local women led workshops during the day. There was a luncheon at the noon hour. There will be a cancer clinic in Farmington on Feb. 8 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The clinic will be held at the Farmington Slake Center, 695 S. 200 E. This clinic for women is available avail-able to all adults, please make an appointment by calling 533-5612. 533-5612. The Junior Literary Club will meet at the home of Margaret Mar-garet Crystal, who now lives in Bountiful, on Feb. 10. Mrs. Cyrstal will review the book, "Going Like Sixty" written by Richard Armour. |
