Show Bookmobile Plans New Schedule, Bool : The Davis County Library bookmobile, which is operated in the south end of the county, will be out of sevice for one week, May 3 1 until June 7. But when it hits the road on the morning of June 7, it will have a new look, a new schedule and a new service. WHILE out-of-service, the bookmobile will be visiting the paint shop, and when it returns it will be three shades of blue and white. It will also be wearing wear-ing racing stripes and the new national library logo. But gone will be the pings, dents and rust which bookmobiles are heir to. Also new, but only slightly new, will be the bookmobile's schedule. As usual, the sun-mer sun-mer schedule will be one hour earlier than that followed in winter, running from 10 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. BUT FOUR stops which have proven weak in circulation circula-tion will be replace by four new stops, one in Bountiful, one in Centerville, one in Woods Cross and one in North Salt Lake, which it is hoped will result in better use. Copies of the new schedule are available on the bookmobile and in the headquarters and branch libraries. lib-raries. Last but not least, the bookmobile book-mobile will offer a new service, a summer reading program for children. The program will be very similar to that offered at the Headquarters and branch libraries, and will be centered on a specially written story booklet entitled Danger-Maze. Information will be available on the bookmobile throughout May. IF YOU, your family or your friends have not visited the bookmobile, June will be an excellent month to 'ep in.
