Show " NOTICE OF THE FILING OF CLASS D PETITIONS FOR ALLOTMENT OF WATER BY WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT All persons interested will please take notice that there have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, petitions applying for the allotment of Weber Basin Project water, by the following landowners owning land in: WEST FARMINGTON: Sections 24 & 25, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. MUTTON HOLLOW: Section 26, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Copies of petitions containing the description of each tract and the terms and conditions under which the water is petitioned are on file in the office of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, Layton, Utah, for public inspection. Highway' 193, Layton, Utah at 9:00 a.m., Friday, May 27, 1983, to consider each of such petitions and any and all objections that may be presented in writing by any persons showing cause why any of said petitions should not be granted. All persons interested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent on his part to the granting of said petition.
