Ernest Eberhard, who was a member of the mental health advisory board and deeply involved in-volved in social service activities, activi-ties, will pronounce the dedicatory de-dicatory prayer as the finale to a program involving many dig-natories dig-natories to formally open the $375,000 facility. General contractor was R&O Construction of Ogden while Gordon Gygi of Salt Lake City was the architect on the facility that is located just west of Lakeview Hospital on Medical Drive. MENTAL Health Director Russell Williams notes the new facility will provide about one-fourth one-fourth more space than the former for-mer building but its design will further enhance that capacity.
