ELSIE BEARD Elsie Beard Retires The Bountiful Elementary PTA and faculty will honor Mrs. Elsie Beard at an open house in the Bountiful Elementary Elemen-tary School library, 1620 S. 50 W., on May 19 from 5-7 p.m. MRS. BEARD is retiring after af-ter more than 20 years of teaching. She is well known for her excellent methods of teaching reading at the first grade level. Friends, students, former students and parents are invited. in-vited. Light refreshments will be served.
