Show MRS. NEIL G. BAIRD April Rites Mr. and Mrs. Gary M. Goodrich of 737 E. 1130 N., Bountiful, announce the marriage of their daughter Maureen, to Neil G. Baird. Rites were performed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on April 24 by Elder Rex. D. Pinegar, First Council of Seventy. NEIL is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Baird of Lovell, Wyo. The couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at Log Haven. A reception at the Carillon on May 9 further honored the couple. They were also honored at an open house in Lovell, Wyo. on May 12. THE BRIDE wore a floor length gown of white organza with attached train, lace and pearl bodice, veil 3t length, two toned pink roses and carnation car-nation bouquet. Bridesmaids were Karen, Kaye, Kathy Goodrich, Marilyn Baird and Mrs. Gregory Jones. They wore light pink polyester floor length gowns with lace center panel and cap sleeves. Each carried a single deep pink chrysanthemum. MOTHERS were dressed in floor length raspberry pink gowns with orchid corsages. Best man duties were performed per-formed by Robert Bruce Robertson. Ushers were Gregory Jones, Curtis Pollard, Gary A. Goodrich, Michael A. Goodrich. PRENUPTIAL parties were given by Tammy Stone and Colleen Farr in Rexburg, Ida., Mrs. Dean Sudweeks, Mrs. Joseph Smith, Mrs. Richard Kemp, Dee Harris, Gerald Robinson, Bountiful and Miss Mary Ellen Long. The bride graduated from Viewmont High and Ricks College with honors where she was concert mistress, chosen Who's Who in America Jr. Colleges, toured with variety show as soloist. The bridegroom attended Lovell High and is a pre-dental student at BYU. He filled an . LDS mission to . .North Carolina-Virginia. AFTER their honeymoon in Las Vegas, southern California Califor-nia and San Francisco, they will make their home in Lovell, Wyo. returning to BYU in the fall. |
