Thomson in wedding rites performed Aug. 28, in the Salt Lake Temple by Elder Leland Davies. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Horton D. Hess, Jr., 512 E. 1350 N., Bountiful. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale R. Thomson, 1421-A Murphy Lane, Salt Lake City. The couple were honored at a wedding breakfast at Andy's Smorgasboard. The reception was held at the Bountiful 19th Ward house. THE BRIDE wore a gown of chantilly lace and nylon tuile over satin. It was styled with a collar of pleated tulle with beading on the bodice: The skirt was three tiers of tulle with insets of lace lengthening lengthen-ing into a cathedra! train. She earned a traditional bouquet, bouquet. Maid of honor was Janet Hess. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Kay Peterson, Camie Thomson, Thom-son, Amy Hess, and Debbie Rigby. Their gowns were light blue knit with lace insets. in-sets. Their flowers were nosegays of white daisies With baby's breath, with blue and .yellow ribbon. . MOTHERS wore light blue knit gowns with floral pint. Their flowers were white orchids. Best man duties were performed per-formed by Kay Peterson. Ushers were Alan Hess, Scott Hess, Tom Hess, and Rex Hess. PRENUPTIAL parties were given by Susan Davis, Bonnie Bauman, Karen Wilson, Susan Wilson, Mrs. Marge" Hanks, Mrs. Sharon Pettey, Mrs. Dale Thomson and Mrs. Kay Peterson, Cathy Carlsen and Vee Ann Boothe, Mrs. Norma Leavitt and Mrs. NaDean Steffen, and Mrs. Lona Hess. The bride attended View-mont View-mont High School and Ricks College. The bridegroom attended at-tended Olympus, and Cottonwood Cotton-wood High, Ricks College, and will be attending Utah State University. He served a LDS mission to the Eastern States Mission. THEY WENT on an undisclosed un-disclosed honeymoon. They will make their home in Logan. |
