First Band Concert Of Season Next Tuesday Tues-day Evening The summer's musical season will be opened next Tuesday evening, June IS, wih its first band concert. The concert will be held at the new City Park commencing at 8 p. m. Each Tuesday night from 8 to 9 'o'clock, the band will furnish musical I entertainment for the remainder of June, July and August. The numbers for next week's pro gram will consist, of two special overtures, over-tures, numerous marches and serenades. sere-nades. Director K. J. IJird has been practicing the band for the past several weeks felting them in perfect shape for the opening concert. He reports that all the members are t-n-, thusiastic over the season's work and are working on some splendid numbers, num-bers, v.hich will be given at future music fetes. Benches will be plared in the park surrounding the band stand, and park ing space will be available as in years past -i
