Show Dairy Herds Are Tested: Merrill Warnick's Highest The dairy herds belonging to Merrill Mer-rill Warnick of Pleasant Grove and Heber Knudsen of Provo, were found to carry the highest tests for the month of May, according to the report re-port of the Utah County Herd Improvement Im-provement association. The highest testing cow wai "Rock" owned by Mr. Warnick, with a test of 80 pounds of butter fat and 2,232 pounds of milk. "Canary" and "Beauty" also owned by Warnick were second and th'ird with 63 and 61 pounds respectively. Warnick's herd of six cows was the highest herd of less than twelve cowg with an average of 68.6 pounds of fat, and 1,787 pounds of milk. |
