O Samuel Dean Wins In Appeal Samuel Dean, Jr., was declared not guilty on a liquor possession charge by a jury of eight men in Judge Watkins court at Provo on Wednesday. Wednes-day. Dean was arrested here by local lo-cal officers and found guilty on September Sep-tember 9th. He appealed the case and after evidence was submitted and the! jury deliberated for four hours he was found not guilty. The main point at issue was a cache of liquor in the vicinity of the Dean home. The liquor was not on the Dean property and the defence stressed the point that anyone could have cached it there as Dean was not found with any in his personal possession. o
