Show New Company Buying Eggs In This District With the advent of Nye and Nisson, Pioneer white egg packers and dis tributors of California and New York City the industry in Utah' seems assured. as-sured. The company began active operations opera-tions this week when they opened their office and plant here in American Ameri-can Fork. Arrangements have been made thru their general offices in San Francisco and New York to route their California cars from Petaluma, through here daily so that until production pro-duction gets to a stage of shipping full car lots daily, these cars will pick up fresh' eggs for New York. Nye and Nissen are pioneers of white eggs on the New York market. Some eleven or twelve yeada ago the white egg market was established through the "desire of those w-ishing to get a clean white egg with light yolks. The producers are paid cash immediately im-mediately after the eggs are candled, which is something new for farmers farm-ers in this section. Formerly producers pro-ducers had to wait 'three of four weeks for their check on eggs delivered. de-livered. Every effort will be made to increase in-crease business in Utah to proportions propor-tions of the business in California. In buying eggs for cash on the basis of general market conditions the Utah poultrymen will be given the benefit of higher prices for their product.
