Show NOTICE Public notice is hereby .given that the Summit County Planning Commission will 'hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 1980 at :7:30pm in the Park City High School. The purpose of the meeting is to consider items. as follows: 1. Final Presentation -Parley's Park Land Use Corridor Study. Recommendations Recommenda-tions for land use along major transportation corridors in i Parley's Park area. , Presentation Present-ation by Keith Snarr, Consultant, Consult-ant, The Environmental Management Man-agement Planning Organization. Organiza-tion. ' 2. John Lambert - West Kamas Property. Proposed to classify approx. 240 acres in Sections 13 and 24, T2S, R5E (approx. 2V miles W. of Kamas) as "Medium Density Residential' allowing Vi acre minimum homesites. Current classification is "Agriculture -Forest and Range. " ; 3.' James Webster ,- Hiute Investment Company, Kimball's Kim-ball's Junction Property. Proposed Pro-posed to classify as "Commercial" "Com-mercial" and "Highway Service Ser-vice Commercial' V approx. 60 acres located in NWi Sec. 19, T2S, R4E and approx. 80 acres to : allow "High Densitv Residential" located in SWVi Sec. 19, T2S, R4E.
