This scandal was so deeply embedded that not even those involved knew of it! I decided to get in touch with the president of the Student Council. Susan Stover, Sto-ver, and get the facts straight I might say that this interview revealed a few things! For one. we have a very insolent president who can't even recall where most of her ancestors came from! Or perhaps she is hiding something. some-thing. Could she be Iranian? She denies it. but can we trust someone who claims she is a Democrat, but endorses Ronald Ron-ald Reagan for president? She even admits that she took no action to free the American hostages! If we had a competent president, the ' hostages might be free. When asked about the allegations that rich Arabs were bribing the Student Council just to get their way in the school, she replied "no comment". Need I say more? Look for me. in the future when I shall clean up yet more middle school garbage! NOTE: This was all meant in fun. and I think Susan's- :.'.. r ' 1 . mmi.. doing a great job. A New Look At Winters ," v j Middle School - - by Wendy Plumm'er We the students of Winters Middle School have decided to ; change our mascot to the Wart Hog.1 We feel the Wart Hog would represent our school much better than the Eagle. This stuffed animal at it's original size will be hung inside the building at the . en trance. ' . ? The students at Winters Middle School will be much prouder now that we are the Wart Hogs and n ot th e Eagles. The entrance to the middle school will soon have a profile picture of a Wart Hog. This will be engraved into a piece of wood, which will be 3 yards bv 2 yards in -length. It will have letters running across t he top of the mascot saying the Wart Hogs.
