The local skiers took first, place in Intermediate. Novice, Pee-Wee. and Mighty Mite classes during Giant Slalom races on Brighton's long Mount Millicent' run. And Park City Ski Team Coach Bob Marsh couldn't have been happier about the impressive results. "This was the grand finale,' he said. "It was a good way to " finish the season." The Tribune Classic was the last major PNI race of the season for the local ski team. . There is another GS race April 12-13 to be held at Solitude. Park City's winning streak Saturday began with Kim. Beat tie who took a first in Intermediate girls competition with a time of 1 :52.47. Park City High School student P..J. Srialding finished in first place in Intermediate boys class. His time of 1 :48. beat out Snow Basin's Chris Larson who took second place with a time of 1:50.10. ; Teammates' Jenny Lewis and Erin Calmes battled for the top spot in Novice girls competition with Jenny finishing finish-ing in first place by a slim margin. Jenny's time was 1:58.01 compared to 1:58.33 for Erin. , Marsac Elementary School fourth-grader Stephanie Palmer Palm-er won top honors in Pee Wee girls competition (2:06.74), beating teammate Gina Glenne who took second place with a 2:10.53 time. Shannon Nobis of Park City finished in third place in this class with (2:10.80). Park City skiers captured the four top spots in Pee Wee bovs class: Jeremy Nobis (1:58.26), Tyler Tobbs. an independent (1:58.88), Sean McAlister (1:59.36), and Bret Johnson (2:01.02). Park City's independent racer Dan Tobbs took first place in Mighty Mife class. Dan's time was 2:06.61 . Many local skiers finished in the top ten in all classes: Intermediate girls- Kim Koch, 3: Andrea Peterson, 4; Amy Irvine. 5: Hilary Hibbard, 7; Novice girls- Erin Calmes, 2: Casey Hazelrigg, 5. Novice boys- Spencer Eccles 2: Rich Pratt. 3; Jonathan Cloud, 5. Pee Wee girls- Gina Glenne 2: Shannon Nobis, 3; Katie Smith. 5. Mighty Mites- Mike Steele, 4.
