Show . , . LETTERS 'That's Good Management!' Dear Editor: . Having lived in Iran for the past 3 years, where skiing is great, but hill management nebulous at best, I write this letter in gratitude to .every employee of the Park City Resort Company, from top management to the last guy or gal cheerfully shoveling snow. 1 have skied just about every place I've heard of on six continents, but never encountered encoun-tered such a dedicated and unflagging crew as the one that packs the hills, patrols the slopes, and mans the lifts at Park City. I even appreciate 1 the fact that they leave Jupiter untouched and don't pack the King Con area when powder sets it up for smooth cruising. That's good management! I never worry anymore about whether there will be enough snow at any given time at Park City: there's an army that will work day and night making snow, hauling it wherever it is needed, and then grooming it to perfection. All this, and Kleenex, too! :. Suzanne Rowan Edelweiss Haus |
