Woold ridge, general agent-of Ihe Burlingame Telegraphing Typewriter Type-writer Co., In an interview t-day, said: ''Regarding an article which appeared in the Kxamlner, April 14th, concerning concern-ing an "Electric Typewriter," I wish to say, in favor of the Burlingam Underwriters, Un-derwriters, that it could not have been in reference to the Burlingame Co , un-less un-less the representation made original- I ed from sonic one not an authorized agent for the company. The conditions under which we are operating, and have been operating in this territory i for a solid year, are very different, in j that the authorities upon which we I base our statements are from the high- . est possible source. On account of a subsidiary company to be formed the company Is permanently located here and Is "soliciting the closest scrutiny.
