Show DEMOCRATS WILL NOT DELAY TARIFF BILL Washington. April 16 The Democratic Demo-cratic senators will not delay the passage pas-sage of the tariff bill. At their second conference today, the majority favored permitting the Republicans to take en tire charge of the measure and assume the responsibility. . The Democrats take exception to the statement that the postponement of proceedings was due to their request re-quest and say that after a reasonable time for discussion, they will permit the majority to name a time for voting.
