Show TROOPS ARE ON THE WAY TO CONSTANTINOPLE Frankfort-OnMaiu, April 17. Troops from Adrianople and Salonika aro moving toward Constantinople. TbU Information is conveyed by the Constantinople correspondent of the Frankfurter Zeitnng in a dispatch published pub-lished here today. Trains with about 2.500 soldiers aboard from Salonika and Adrianople arrived at 3 o'clock this morning at Tchatalja, about twenty-five miles west of Constantinople. The men left t.ho cars in an orderly manner aud occupied the fortifications. An artillery regiment stationed at Tchatalja remained passive.
